Caring for the Big Guys

This article is mainly about a veterinarian name Bob Rednour and he runs a large animal veterinary service. He specializes in the care and treatment of large animals because he says that he has a passion for animals health and science. He also says that he likes being outside and working with the animals and that it keeps him in shape. Most of his work involves traveling to farms to treat animals. For example he tries fixing wounds, diagnose diseases, treating sick animals, and even help with difficult births. Bob works for a hundred hours a week. When he first started his job, he only worked from 50 to 60 hours per week. Now Bob takes special care of a mare in the stocks named Tupelo because of injuries from an unsuccessful birthing. He said that the foal developed problems and was stuck in the birth canal and the baby horse died but the mother suffered with some infections. My thoughts about this article is that being a veterinarian is probably a hard job for someone who is very lazy. That’s because I think that their job takes a lot of work taking good care of animals especially the large animals.
