Top Floor, Please!

Well this article that I read about is talking about a lady named Debbie Grant and how she went to school, graduated, and wondered what she would do after she graduated. She also went to community college and everything for a few months but decided that higher education wasn’t for her. Then one of her friends told her about an opening for a sales position at a hotel then she met with the director of sales and catering at the hotel. She talked to the director about the job and went for it. She then made her way up to manger of a four star luxury hotel, then worked harder to the regional director of sales and marketing position. She all did this without a college degree too. Today, Debbie Grant developed talent because she says that people along her career path developed her and mentored her. She also says that the best way to start is at the front desk department because of the variety and number of positions there.
